This course focuses on the Employ, Employee (EE) and Employer (ER) concepts stated in the Labor Code of the Philippines, and the EE-ER Relationship; And, the MUST-HAVEs Payroll System in every company or business.


Philippine Payroll 101: Time Concepts (What To Know)

This course covers the Time-concepts like Time-In and Time-Out (TITO), Normal Hours of Work, Hours Worked, Factor or Working Days in a Year, Payroll Period, Rest Days, Meal Breaks, Schedule of Holidays and Special Days, and many more.

Philippine Payroll 101: EE Earnings and Benefits

This course covers the Earnings, and, Mandatory Benefits and Company-Initiated Benefits given to Employees.

Know the DOLE Regulations on (1) Minimum Wage, (2) Overtime Pay, Premium Pay and Night Shift Differential, (3) Holiday Pays and Special Days and (4) 13th Month Pay, (5) Separation Pay, Retirement Pay and Back Pay, if any.

Philippine Payroll 101: Records and Internal Control

This course discusses the earnings records of employees, accounting entries for payroll and the Internal Control which you may implement over payroll.
